Do I need to pay a monthly subscription fee?

No. Unlike other security brands, we do not charge any monthly fees for basic features. You can watch live video, get instant alerts, and control your door for free. All video evidence is stored locally.

Do I need to run wires for the camera?

Not at all. The Outdoor Camera is 100% wire-free. It runs on a rechargeable battery and stays powered continuously using the included Solar Panel. Just mount it where the sun shines, and you're good to go.

My garage is far from my router. Will it still work?

Yes. That’s why we include the Zigbee & WiFi Gateway. It acts as a bridge to extend the signal range for the sensors (Door & Vibration), ensuring a stable connection even in detached garages where standard WiFi might struggle.
